The PDS ZM Extrusion is specially designed to create customized surface mount light fixtures using LED strip lights. This profile is dimensionally smaller than our other KL3 type surface mounted channels but can still achieve a line of light effect using the extra frosted Liger cover with a strip light consisting of at least 3 LEDs per inch. The anodized silver finish of the PDS ZM channel is appealing for any home or business application. The channels and covers can be cut and customized to create one of a kind lighting designs using our mounting springs, end caps and accessories. With proper sealing techniques and use of the outdoor HS covers this channel can achieve an IP67 waterproof rating.

Plastic End Cap for PDS ZM Extrusion

Use this plastic end cap with our PDS ZM surface mount extrusion to give your profile a clean and finished look. The light grey plastic meshes well with the silver anodized finish of the PDS ZM profile to create custom lighting fixtures on walls, ceilings, cabinets, or any drillable surface. This product is sold individually and in single units. With proper extrusion sealing techniques and use of outdoor HS cover this cap can be exposed to outdoor elements.

This is a set of 2 spring loaded mounting clips for surface mounting our PDS ZM, Triada, and 1" wide extrusions to drywall, wood, granite, brick, or any other solid surface. Works with any 1" wide extrusion without wings. To use, simply drill a 5/16" - 3/8" wide hole into a surface at least 3/8" thick and push the spring through. Comes with 2 clips, one for each end of the profile. For a more secure mount multiple mounting springs may be necessary.
90 Degree Connector for Anodized Drywall Extrusions

The ZM-90 connector from KLUS slides between the the backside side of two Anodized drywall extrusions to secure them at a 90 degree angle. This connector is meant for our Anodized extrusions equipped with small backside mounting grooves: LIPOD, LOKOM, LESTO, LARKO, GIZA, GIP, OPAC, SEKODU, and SEPOD. The 90 degree connectors are attached to the extrusions by sliding them into the grooves and expanding with moderate force using a hex key and included screws. Use these along with our straight 180 degree connectors to make secure connections between your strip light extrusions and create one of a kind custom light fixtures and designs in walls, ceilings, and hanging type fixtures.
180 Degree Connector for Anodized Drywall Extrusions
