45 ALU Aluminum Extrusion Triangle Shape - .5" Deep

Description

The KLUS 45 ALU triangle shaped aluminum channel is a perfect solution for creating custom strip lighting fixtures in corners and surfaces with a 90° angle. With a variety of cover and finish options this channel can be used indoors and outdoors to create custom LED lighting fixtures. Choose from non-anodized aluminum, double anodized aluminum, and double anodized black finish. The extra frosted indoor cover provides a clean line of light when used with a densely spaced SMD LED strip light with at least 3 LEDs per inch. Change the beam angle of the LED Strip to 10° using the focus lens for a more condensed light beam or wall wash. Outdoor Covers can achieve an IP65 rating when sealed properly using a silicon adhesive and are recommended in any outdoor or UV exposed environment.

Ecolocity LED Responded: Nov 18, 2025 If your cut is flush you can but them up with no light leakage, 2 clips per 1 meter is recommended. How long is your light length? We can drop ship 3-10 meter covers so you wouldn't see any gaps in the cover. Although when the lights are on, you don't notice them.
