This custom modern shower lighting was created using Daylight White LED Strip Lights with Aluminum Channels and covers. The waterproof strip lights are placed inside of the aluminum extrusion and then the frosted cover is siliconed into place. Using this technique you can create custom linear lighting to fit shower ceilings, niches, wall and even floors. The possibilities are truly endless. Our commercial grade UL Listed Ribbon Star, Daylight White is an Ultra bright and dependable outdoor rated 24VDC waterproof LED Strip Light. With a 24VDC power rating this Strip Light is the brightest waterproof strip light that we sell. The silicon coating gives Ribbon Star Ultra an IP65 outdoor rating. Making it water-resistant (non-submersible) and dust proof. Ribbon Star Ultra Waterproof provides a perfect light source for any indoor, outdoor, damp or wet area lighting projects. The Strip Light can be cut every 0.8 inches and can be connected in series up to 20ft (6m) with no noticeable voltage drop. 8 SMD LEDs per 0.8 inches with a total of 1200 LEDs per 3m. At 4.9W per foot, a 3m roll would require at least a 49W, 24VDC power supply. This LED strip light is perfect for any outdoor or underwater lighting project. If you have you been looking for a way to dim your 24VDC LED Lights from a wall mounted dimmer, then this is the LED Power Supply for you. Use any compatible low voltage magnetic dimmer and dim your LED lights from 0-100%. This power supply is ETL listed, CSA listed, and encased in a NEMA 3R enclosure. Built in manual reset thermal circuit breaker allows for shutdown upon an electrical short. 120VAC input voltage only, 60Hz. Output 24VDC up to 200W. Can be dimmed with standard low voltage magnetic dimmer, see list of compatible dimmers below. Transformer is fully encapsulated for protection against the elements. No External Fusing Required. Avoid using dimmers not rated for magnetic low voltage lighting or not labeled as symmetrical forward phase as they may cause overheating of the power supply or cause damage to the load. It is also not recommended to use dimmers with neutral connections or dimmers requiring a minimum load for proper operation.
