Our customer called us inquiring about what lights we had that could replace the dim existing halogens in his enclosed trailer. Since he is an avid snowmobiler and dirt biker he may at times need to use his trailer for a work place and the existing lighting did not provide enough lighting for these instances. We recommend he use our 12VDC Ribbon Star Ultra White Waterproof LED Strips, which would wire perfectly into his existing 12VDC circuit. He removed his existing halogen fixtures and then used that wiring to install (6) 5' long led strip lights. The strips adhered easily to the metal frame of the trailer after a quick wipe down. The final result was plenty bright with low enough wattage to not drain the battery source over extended use. The project in total took less than two hours to complete. Our high quality CRI 90+ UL Listed Ribbon Star Ultra, White flexible waterproof LED Strip Light is enclosed in a heavy duty silicon coating for an IP65 rating, making this LED Strip water-resistant (non-submersible), dust and UV proof. This 2 way clamp down connector is an easy to use single wire connector for mating or extending 16-22AWG wire. This connector can be used for both low and high voltage not exceeding 250V.
