TE-4 KPL Drywall Mounting Track for PDS4 Channel

Our TE-4 KPL mounting track is a special housing designed to create flush mounted LED fixtures using our PDS4 or PDS4-K channel. The special flanges are made to be adhered to 1/2" or 5/8" drywall using a gypsum or mounting adhesive. After adhering the track to your drywall it is then designed to be plastered over using a mesh lining and spackling paste, be sure to leave the styrofoam liner in place for this step. The spackle can then be sanded and mounting track can be painted to any desired color. Please note to keep the styrofoam protector in place during installation. Once finished remove styrofoam and insert any of our 3 types of PDS4 or PDS4-K aluminum extrusions with LED strip lights to create custom flush mount lighting fixtures in your walls and ceilings. With use of the extra frosted Liger cover and an LED strip with three LED chips every 1", a line of light effect can be achieved with no visible hot spots.
