Sawadee Thai Restaurant in Salt Lake City Utah used our Super Nova 4 Warm White LED Modules to bring life and upscale ambiance to there outdoor signage and patio area. The sign lighting is composed of approximately 150 Super Nova 4 LED Modules which consumes less than 200W of power. The modules are being mounted to the back of the stainless steel channel letters and shining at the wall for what is called a reverse halo effect. 12VDC Power is being supplied through a high quality Mean Well Transformer that will be sure to last many years with no costly repairs. The Super Nova 4 LED module in Warm White (3,000K) is a superior quality Backlight module for Under Counter Lighting, Cove Lighting, accent Lights and many other backlighting projects. This product easily conforms to circular and curved layouts. With 4 high quality Samsung SMD LEDs on board the lighting is amazing. The LED module's clear PVC body provides IP63 water and dust resistance. This module is suitable for 18" and 24" channel letters or larger. A 12 VDC constant voltage power supply is required to connect a series of 50 module strings in parallel connections (See Installation Guide). 3M™ VHB™ mounting tape on the back, provides the best long-term mounting solution for our modules. This 60 Watt Constant Voltage LED Power Supply by Mean Well is suitable for wet or dry locations and is capable of supplying no more than 60W or 5 Amps of 12VDC power output. This AC/DC transformer takes a 100-240VAC input and converts it to a 12VDC output for a Class 2 rating. Built in overload, and over voltage protection protect this power supply from incorrect installation. Use this Mean Well LED Power supply to power 12VDC constant voltage LED Strip lights, LED Modules, or any other LED product with a 12VDC rating. The IP67 water-resistant rating is not intended for direct exposure to outdoor elements. UL recognized, class 2, and LPS approved.
